A wooden jigsaw puzzle for the under-three market, Puzzle Educational Toy Level-10 Difficulty Wooden Jigsaw Boxed Packaging is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. It gives a child fine pincer grip from picking up one piece, and gives the adult visual matching that builds early reading skills. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 11 × 14 × 4 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

Orders start at 10 pieces, with about 8 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
