This wooden puzzle belongs to the Puzzles & Brain range and is built for preschool children. Children come back to it because it rewards the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The finished piece measures , measuring about 18 × 18 × 4 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Orders start at 20 pieces, with about 31 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
