What it asks for is the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits, not a screen. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 17*12*3cm in solid hardwood.
Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.
Orders start at 20 pieces, with about 30 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
