Our wooden puzzle — LED Light Unique Design Vintage bar Wooden Book End Puzzle Kit — is made for the 5–8 age band. It is designed around a finished result that can be shown and kept and the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 18.5*18.3*11.6 cm / custom-made.
The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. The printed surface is sealed with a water-based varnish that is tested for EN71-3 migration. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
Pricing starts at 100 pieces and production is around 10 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
