Our wooden jigsaw puzzle — Exclusive Wooden Puzzle Collection - Mechanical Jigsaw Puzzles for All Ages, Educational — is made for preschool children. It gives a child a screen-free activity that works on a car trip, and gives the adult patience and sequencing in a form a child controls. The finished piece measures , measuring about 30 × 20 × 5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.
The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
MOQ is 100 pieces; lead time is about 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
