Children come back to it because it rewards a screen-free activity that works on a car trip. The finished piece measures , measuring about about 10*20*5CM and is cut from solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.
Orders start at 5 sets, with about 7 days in production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
