Children's Toys Early Education Wood 3d Russia Puzzle Block Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle is a wooden jigsaw puzzle from our Puzzles & Brain range, made for the 5–8 age band. It is designed around a finished result that can be shown and kept and the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 21.5 × 32.5 × 4.5 cm.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. Pieces are tumbled and hand-checked for fit; a puzzle that is too tight or too loose is rejected before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.
MOQ 22 pieces; allow 31 days for production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
