Blanks Sublimation MDF Wooden Jigsaw DIY Photo Printed Rectangle Shape 30pieces

About this product

Blanks Sublimation MDF Wooden Jigsaw DIY Photo Printed Rectangle Shape 30pieces is the kind of wooden jigsaw puzzle that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child a screen-free activity that works on a car trip, and gives the adult the quiet satisfaction of a piece that fits. 30-piece set. The finished piece is about 245*176*3mm. Material: solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 20 pieces, with production around 7 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
