About this product
Our wooden jigsaw puzzle — 155PCS Creative Shape DIY Wooden Montessori Learning Wooden Pattern Blocks Jigsaw Puzzle — is made for preschool children. The material and the shape support fine pincer grip from picking up one piece and a finished result that can be shown and kept. It ships as a 155-piece set, measuring about 39 × 39 × 5 cm, in solid hardwood.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Puzzles range. Boards are printed before cutting, so the image lines up across the whole puzzle once the die cuts through it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.
MOQ 20 pieces; allow 15 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
