The point of the toy is load, balance and cantilever a child can feel; the second benefit is fine motor control from picking up one small brick. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 23 × 34 × 6 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
