This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for the 5–8 age band. The point of the toy is load, balance and cantilever a child can feel; the second benefit is trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 31.5 × 17 × 17 cm in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ 9 pieces; allow 35 days for production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
