About this product

A wooden stacking set for children aged three to five, Wooden Tumbling Tower Game Set Solid Beech Wood Rainbow Stacking Blocks with Box Package is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The point of the toy is the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen; the second benefit is fine motor control from picking up one small brick. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 10 × 10 × 30 cm in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

It is quoted at MOQ 3 pieces, with production around 29 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 3 pieces for stock colours. A custom colourway or printed box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
