Built as a wooden stacking set, Wooden Mushroom Balance Stacking Fun Children's Intellectual Development Multi-functional sits in the Build & Construct range. The point of the toy is spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later; the second benefit is cooperative play that survives a whole classroom. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 30 × 22 × 15 cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

It runs from 10 pieces and takes around 45 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
