This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for the 5–8 age band. The play value is simple: cooperative play that survives a whole classroom. The finished piece measures , measuring about 24 × 18 × 7 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 5 boxes, 7-day production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
