In the Build & Construct range, Sorting Stacking Balancing Stone Rocks Educational Preschool Learning Toys Petrified is a wooden stacking set for children aged five to eight. The material and the shape support fine motor control from picking up one small brick and load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 46*40.5*7.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Building blocks range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

MOQ is 10 pieces; lead time is about 25 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
