Solid Wood Blocks Stacking Bricks Board Games 50 100 Pieces Construction Building Blocks

About this product

In the Build & Construct range, Solid Wood Blocks Stacking Bricks Board Games 50 100 Pieces Construction Building Blocks is a wooden stacking set for preschool children. What it asks for is load, balance and cantilever a child can feel, not a screen. 100-piece set. The finished piece is about 31.5*25.5*6(pack size). It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

It is quoted at MOQ 100 sets, with production around 50 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
