In the Build & Construct range, Plywood Stack Sorter Montessori Educational Non-Toxic Unisex Toy for Ages 2-3+ Years ASTM is a wooden stacking set for preschool children. What it asks for is the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen, not a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 26*21*21 and is cut from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 sets, 9-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
Can we order a mixed container?
Yes. Most buyers mix several SKUs; we build a loading plan before production.
