Montessori Stacking Toys Toddlers Early Educational Building Blocks Wooden Intellectual

About this product

Montessori Stacking Toys Toddlers Early Educational Building Blocks Wooden Intellectual is the kind of wooden stacking set that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. The play value is simple: the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 13.0 × 13.0 × 5.0 cm.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 50 pieces, with about 31 days in production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
