Montessori Colorful Rainbow Stacker Game Wooden Building rainbow Blocks is the kind of wooden stacking set that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It is designed around trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer and load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. It measures about 40 × 20 × 10 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 1 set and production is around 7 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
