This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for children from three years. Play is mostly about fine motor control from picking up one small brick, with load, balance and cantilever a child can feel arriving without being taught. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 21 × 21 × 24 cm in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 4 pieces, with production around 35 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
