Hot Toys Cartoon Toy Movie Story Woody Jessie Mini Bricks Collect Building Block ABS is the kind of wooden building block set that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, and gives the adult fine motor control from picking up one small brick. It measures about 10 × 8 × 2 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

It runs from 20 pieces and takes around 31 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
