Part of our Build & Construct range, Eco Friendly Colors Silicone Wood Stacking Square Sensory Toys Baby Stacking Toys is a wooden stacking set designed for children from 12 months. It gives a child trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, and gives the adult fine motor control from picking up one small brick. It measures about 10 × 10 × 10 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ is 500 sets; lead time is about 30 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
