Our wooden stacking set — DIY Wooden Stones Stacking Game Rock Blocks Educational Colorful Model Toy Construction — is made for children aged three to five. It is designed around cooperative play that survives a whole classroom and trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 28 × 14 × 5 cm.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ 3 sets; allow 20 days for production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
