Part of our Build & Construct range, CPC CE Large Piece Acrylic Wood Stacking Building Blocks Montessori Rainbow Transparent is a wooden stacking set designed for children aged five to eight. Children come back to it because it rewards load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 28 × 27 × 3 cm in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

It is quoted at MOQ 5 pieces, with production around 7 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
