About this product

A wooden building block set for the 3–5 age band, Colorful Shape Pieces Excellence Creative Building Blocks Wooden Learning Activity Play is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. The play value is simple: fine motor control from picking up one small brick. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 23 × 16 × 4 cm.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It runs from 71 sets and takes around 10 days to produce. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
Which port do you ship from?
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard; EXW and CIF are available on request.
