About this product

Basswood Nature Pastel Color Cubes with Tray Building Blocks Wood Mosaic Wooden Stacking is the kind of wooden stacking set that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later, and gives the adult load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. The set is supplied as a single piece, measuring about 28 × 28 × 5 cm in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ is 5 boxes; lead time is about 7 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
Can we customise it?
Yes — logo, colour, wood species, packaging and barcode. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling.
