Part of our Build & Construct range, STEM Preschool Stacking Blocks Lacing Beads Matching Shape Stacker Montessori Wooden is a wooden stacking set designed for babies and toddlers. It is designed around spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later and cooperative play that survives a whole classroom. Dimensions are , measuring about 22.5 × 16.5 × 6.3 cm; the set is a single piece.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 20 pieces, 7-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
