Children's Wooden Rainbow Building Blocks Stacking Toys Montessori Teaching Aids

About this product

This wooden stacking set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for preschool children. The play value is simple: the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 24.5 × 12.5 × 4.5 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ 10 sets; allow 15 days for production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
