Cartoon Toy Movie Story Woody Jessie Bonnie Mini Bricks Building Block Figure Children

About this product

Part of our Build & Construct range, Cartoon Toy Movie Story Woody Jessie Bonnie Mini Bricks Building Block Figure Children is a wooden building block set designed for preschool children. Play is mostly about trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, with cooperative play that survives a whole classroom arriving without being taught. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 10 × 8 × 3 cm, in solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Pricing starts at 20 pieces and production is around 12 days. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
