About this product

Part of our Build & Construct range, Baby Early Education Puzzle Lion Stacking Sensory Toy Wooden Children (4-6 Years) is a wooden stacking set designed for the 3–5 age band. The play value is simple: the kind of open-ended play that does not have a screen. The finished piece measures , measuring about 11.5*16cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It is quoted at MOQ 10 pieces, with production around 7 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

FAQ

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
Is there a test report?
Yes, per model: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the US. Reports are supplied with the quotation.
