About this product

This wooden building block set belongs to the Build & Construct range and is built for the 5–8 age band. It gives a child spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later, and gives the adult fine motor control from picking up one small brick. It ships as a 3-piece set, measuring about 5.2 × 5.2 × 5.2cm, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

MOQ 2 boxes; allow 15 days for production. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
