36 Pieces Pine Natural and Jumbo Kids Building Toy Big Wooden Hollow Blocks Set is a wooden building block set from our Build & Construct range, made for the 3–5 age band. It is designed around cooperative play that survives a whole classroom and trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer. 36-piece set. The finished piece is about unit block: 10*10*10. Material: solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

100 sets is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
