About this product
In the Build & Construct range, 15 PCS Wooden Acrylic Blocks Rainbow Early Education Hand-Eye Coordination Exercising is a wooden building block set for the 3–5 age band. Play is mostly about trial-and-error problem solving without a wrong answer, with fine motor control from picking up one small brick arriving without being taught. The product is a 15-piece set and measures , measuring about 14.5*14.5*10.5, in solid hardwood.
Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Hollow blocks are glued and pinned at the corners and drop-tested loaded, because a block a child stands on has to hold. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.
It is quoted at MOQ 16 sets, with production around 35 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.
Customisation
Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
