Part of our Build & Construct range, 12 Layers Large Pastel Arch Stacking Wooden Stacking Rainbow Building Blocks WoodToys is a wooden stacking set designed for the 3–5 age band. It is designed around spatial reasoning that transfers to maths later and fine motor control from picking up one small brick. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 35 × 20 × 9 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Each face is sanded through three grits, then sealed with a water-based primer so the colour coat does not raise the grain. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

It runs from 10 boxes and takes around 7 days to produce. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
