Built as a wooden stacking set, 100pcs Stepped Colour Blocks Wooden Colorful rainbow 100 Piece Rainbow Stacking Wooden sits in the Build & Construct range. Children come back to it because it rewards load, balance and cantilever a child can feel. Dimensions are , measuring about 28.7*28.7*25CM; the set is a 100-piece set.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Blocks are cut to nominal sizes, kiln-dried to a stable moisture content and tumbled to break sharp edges before sanding. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 100 pieces, 35-day production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.

What piece counts work best for retail?
For retail shelves, 20–50 piece sets sell to parents, 100+ piece sets sell to schools and playgroups. A 36-piece hollow block set is a common first order.
Are the blocks compatible between sets?
Unit blocks follow standard proportions within a range, so houses and roads can be built across two or three SKUs. If you need cross-set compatibility we will match dimensions before sampling.
Can we order a mixed container?
Yes. Most buyers mix several SKUs; we build a loading plan before production.
