YDS Rainbow Ribbon Sensory Toys Wooden Rings for Toddlers Learning Toys is a wooden first toy from our Baby & First Toys range, made for babies from about 18 months. What it asks for is the first toy a parent keeps, not a screen. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 7cm.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ is 100 pieces; lead time is about 10 days. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
