Our wooden first toy — Multi-function Wooden Unlocking Toy Creative Activity Cube Sensory Busy House — is made for children from 12 months. Children come back to it because it rewards a calm object in a day full of plastic. It measures about 24.8 × 19.8 × 20.8 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Baby-range pieces are sanded to a rounded profile with no sharp internal corners, then finished with a water-based, EN71-3 tested coating. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

Pricing starts at 12 pieces and production is around 35 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
