65mm Safe Wood Rings for Crochet Toys Wooden Gym Rings for Baby Play Gym ASTM CE

About this product

65mm Safe Wood Rings for Crochet Toys Wooden Gym Rings for Baby Play Gym ASTM CE is the kind of wooden first toy that works in a classroom and on a shop shelf. It gives a child a shape that fits a baby's hand, and gives the adult texture and weight that reward exploration. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 8 × 8 × 2 cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ 200 pieces; allow 9 days for production. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
