Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Wooden Baby Toys Montessori Toys for Babies 2-3 Years Old Wooden Rattles Toy Set is a wooden first toy designed for preschool children. It gives a child cause and effect a baby can repeat, and gives the adult a calm object in a day full of plastic. It measures about 18.5*17.3*7.5cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

36 boxes is the minimum run and production takes roughly 31 days. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
