Our wooden first toy — Wooden Baby Rattle Set - Colorful Beads Rings Bells, Enhances Sound Sense — is made for babies from about 18 months. Children come back to it because it rewards a calm object in a day full of plastic. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 45 × 55 × 45 cm.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 500 sets, 25-day production. The product can carry your logo, your colour and your box; none of that needs new tooling. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
