About this product

This wooden first toy belongs to the Baby & First Toys range and is built for babies from about 18 months. The material and the shape support texture and weight that reward exploration and grasping and releasing that builds hand control. The finished piece measures , measuring about 25 × 19.5 × 12 cm and is cut from solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

24 pieces is the minimum run and production takes roughly 14 days. Logo, colourway, carton print and barcode are all customisable from a few hundred pieces. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
