The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Paint and ink are water-based and cured before packing; a batch record links the finish to its test report.

It is quoted at MOQ 200 pieces, with production around 35 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
