Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Multi-functional Educational Activity Cube Wooden Busy Box Montessori Toys Sensory is a wooden first toy designed for children from five years. The material and the shape support grasping and releasing that builds hand control and a calm object in a day full of plastic. It measures about 25 × 26 × 25 cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 16 pieces, 30-day production. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
