Play is mostly about a calm object in a day full of plastic, with the first toy a parent keeps arriving without being taught. The main body is solid hardwood, measuring about 83 × 81 × 8 cm.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Parts are tumbled and hand-sanded, then checked for splinters and loose hardware before assembly.

MOQ is 10 pieces; lead time is about 15 days. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
