The point of the toy is cause and effect a baby can repeat; the second benefit is the first toy a parent keeps. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 34.2 × 25 × 25.3 cm, in solid hardwood.

Making it is a seven-stage job, and the finish is the slow part. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 2 sets, with about 7 days in production. Your logo, your box and your warning text can be printed in; the shape stays the same. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
