Part of our Baby & First Toys range, Montessori Teaching Aids Wooden Hammering Nails Toy for Baby Hand Eye Coordination is a wooden first toy designed for children from three years. The material and the shape support grasping and releasing that builds hand control and texture and weight that reward exploration. It measures about 21*18*14cm. It is made from solid hardwood.

The production route is straightforward; the time goes into sanding and finishing. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. The surface is sealed with a water-based primer and finished with water-based paint tested for EN71-3 migration.

MOQ is 20 pieces; lead time is about 7 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. We send a physical sample before any production run.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
