What it asks for is a calm object in a day full of plastic, not a screen. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 32 × 14 × 13 cm, in solid hardwood.

Nothing about the build is unusual — which is why it repeats well. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 32 pieces, 35-day production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
