A wooden first toy for babies from about 18 months, Educational Wooden Toy Rattle Newborn Baby Gift for 100-Day Meeting and Full Moon is one of the 1,000 wooden toys we make. Play is mostly about the first toy a parent keeps, with a shape that fits a baby's hand arriving without being taught. It measures about 30 × 25 × 33 cm. Material: solid hardwood.

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the Baby toys range. Every batch is checked for loose parts, splinters and finish defects before packing. Edges and corners are sanded by hand, then the piece is sealed on all faces so moisture does not move the grain.

It runs from 5 pieces and takes around 7 days to produce. Logo, colour, wood species and packaging can all be changed on a production order. Samples go out in 3–7 working days.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
