This wooden first toy belongs to the Baby & First Toys range and is built for babies from about 18 months. Play is mostly about a shape that fits a baby's hand, with texture and weight that reward exploration arriving without being taught. It ships as a single piece, measuring about 150 × 180, 120 × 160 cm, in solid hardwood.

The build follows the same route as the rest of the range. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. The finish is checked under raking light, because a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

MOQ is 50 pieces; lead time is about 14 days. Customisation covers logo, paint colour, timber and packaging, with the dieline printed to your artwork. A stock sample ships within a week.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
