Our wooden first toy — Eco-friendly Wood Hexagonal Wall-Mounted Modular Sensory Educational Activity Panel Busy — is made for children from three years. It is designed around a shape that fits a baby's hand and texture and weight that reward exploration. The product is a single piece and measures , measuring about 29 × 33 × 26 cm, in solid hardwood.

It is made the way we make everything in this range. Mouthing surfaces are left untreated or finished with a food-grade oil where the design allows it. Every edge is sanded through three grits and the corners are rounded before the finish goes on.

Orders start at 4 sets, with about 31 days in production. A private-label version can change the finish, the packaging and the manual without a new mould. Sample dispatch is 3–7 working days by courier.

Customisation

Logo (engraved or printed), paint colour to a Pantone or physical sample, timber species where the design allows, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above; warning text is printed from your artwork or matched to the destination market.
